The sun is out. The days are getting longer. Summer is so close, we can practically taste it. For us, summer means grilling and grilling season is our favorite season. Just sitting outside, sipping your favorite beverage, and listening to the sizzle of the grill with the smell of charred meats filling the air. Sharing this experience with your favorite people (and pets) captures what cooking really means- bringing people together and sharing tasty moments.
We hope you’ll join on us on June 13th at 6pm to start the summer right with a Dry-Aged Wagyu Steak Dinner.
The main highlight of the meal is this incredible piece of A5 Wagyu Beef from Japan. This is the creme de la creme of beef in the world and we had the patience to dry age the beef for 45 days to put this beef even further over the top. If you are unfamiliar with Wagyu beef grading and are curious how it achieves its high ranking, you can find more info here: https://www.crowdcow.com/blog/how-does-beef-achieve-a5-status.
Ticket are $200 per person, you can add on a wine pairing ($50) or purchase wine, beer, cocktails at the event:
